John came within a few days to replace our existing softener, which had given up. He was friendly, efficient and, despite a few difficulties with our existing plumbing, installed the new softener quite quickly and took away the old one. Can highly recommend.
Had a water softener installed - the initial work was done to a high standard and the engineer was friendly, tidy, and professional.
