“We used this company to tidy up our garden and agreed to a list of jobs to be carried out. The team were friendly and on time but one job was left incomplete on the list - to de-weed a tree in our garden. We paid the fee and arranged for the job to complete another day. But no-one showed up. After several attempts to contact and promises by the business owner to finish the job on different dates, it seems that no one will come out to finish the job despite us paying the full fee. Really disappointed we have lost our money & it’s a shame we have lost trust with this company now.”
