June: Alex diagnosed & repaired faults on a 150+ ft garden subsoil SWA cable with multiple sealed joints & tee-ed connections for 2 circuits - power to outbuildings & an ornamental pond pump. His attention to detail & skill over 3 days was outstanding. October: it appears that the 2 circuits are interconnected – isolating either disconnects both, this isn’t correct & needs fixing. But Alex hasn’t responded to SMS & WhatsApp requests to investigate – very disappointing & non-existent follow-up customer service so I now have the additional expense of finding another Electrician to investigate.

I met Alex on checkatrade, called him, explained the problem, he understood the assignment, he come next day to see the situation ; first he fit a brand new Hive Thermostat for the combi boiler, he recommend and I am very satisfied about it / then we order together all the parts we need to change the main fuse box ( for sockets, lights , and other small consumers) and he fit another fuse box in the garage for the heavy duty ones like 2 ovens , air conditioner, hob / after he finished the work he check everything, did a test and he found a problem In the system and the fixed it and job done !

Excellent communication, punctual and reliable. Was very helpful and polite, making suggestions. Work was done within the time range. And very careful around the house. Highly recommended!
