“We were experiencing problems with the toilet flushing system, as it was dripping water and making noises every so often even when it was not being used. I contacted the company AB Stans heating through their online system, clearly explaining the issue and attaching a few photos to help them visualise the problem. I received an immediate response from Emma, and they were able to come out within a few hours. The engineer arrived on time with the replacement flushing system, which he explained had not been installed correctly previously. He completed the work efficiently, and everything is now functioning properly. I am very happy with the service provided. The engineer was polite, professional, and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.”

Just wanted to leave a quick review of this company. One of the main reasons I use them is that their communication is brilliant. Whenever I have contacted them, I have always received a response very quickly. They contact you when they say they will and they turn up when they say they will - no messing you around. Apart from this, their prices are reasonable and fair and they get the work done efficiently. Will definitely keep using this company.
Stan’s team came to service the new boiler I had installed a year ago - these guys are true professionals. My kitchen tap sprung a leak a few months ago and Stan sent Emma to sort with very short notice which was very impressive. Stan responds so quickly and can’t do enough to help - always polite and friendly. Wouldn’t use or trust anyone else. Would strongly recommend Stan and his great team - they are faultless. Thanks! Absolutely stellar service. Friendly and communicative beforehand, punctual, clean and respectful during the appointment, knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy when it came to getting it done, just everything you want really. Will always be returning for any work needed, highly recommended.
We moved into a new place and found that our radiators weren't heating up. Stan diagnosed the issue quickly and had our radiators up and running in about 10 minutes! He also gave us some useful guidance about the current boiler system and showed us how to resolve the issue we were experiencing if it happened again. We were extremely impressed with the efficient service.
Stan has always been reliable and professional and friendly and reasonable prices. I couldn’t ask more from him and his company and would thoroughly recommend them. I have been let down many times with tradesmen and especially plumbers for some reason but this has not been the case here. Thankyou so much for your help.

We have had really poor water pressure and a number of plumbers have not been able to sort the problem. AB Stan knew what the issue was and managed to fix the problem in 30minutes and we have fantastic water pressure. Brilliant service and I’ll only use them from now on.
