"Really nice guy, could have chatted with him all afternoon- he even put my birdbath back to its original position, which I hadn’t noticed until after he had left, so thank you!! Explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand without being condescending. Gave genuine, helpful advice and didn’t need long to complete the job. Thought it was particularly good that he wanted to finish the job there and then instead of quoting to come back another time, especially with it only being a small leak. The price charged was more than reasonable too."
