This is the 2nd time we have used Ben. He cleared our roof of moss and took Ivy from the walls on his first visit 3 yrs ago. He came promptly to give a quote and finished the work the next day. I called him again this week as we had 2 downpipes and guttering that needed fixing plus 2 tiles on the roof. One of the guttering repairs was difficult but Ben took the challenge and got it fixed. He did this on the day of the quote and finished the rest of the work the next day. He and his colleague work quickly and efficiently. A great team. Thank you Kathy
Ben responded quickly to initial enquiry. He is a likeable individual who is very straightforward. He explained what they could do (roof ladders and hand scraping) and when (required dry weather). Quizzed him about pressure cleaning and bio cleaning and he was of the firm opinion that pressure washing risks damaging tiles and bio cleaning was only a short term solution which risked killing plants around the house. Reasonable quote so proceeded. I'm very pleased with the result as they removed every trace of moss.
Excellent job done very quickly and efficiently and great customer service. Would recommend them to anyone!
