He was the first to call me after posting the job. He asked £150 and I agreed. I told him 3 times that he needed a very tall ladder, he said no problem,. I took a day off , he came no ladder (a1.5m ), no drill to dig around the toilet waste pipe. I rented a ladder (£30) he replaced the cooker hood, with silicone he glued pieces of brick around it from outside and put a lot of silicone still on top with 2-3 cm open gap on top and it was rattling in wind.. I had to rent a ladder (again £30) and fixed it properly myself. he is a joke, I wish I could upload a photo of his work
