Incredible fast at responding, I had posted and less than 30 seconds later they called and got a plumber booked for the next day. They turned up 30 minutes later than when they were due. They were expensive but did a quote before carrying out any work so I did know the price. But if you want a better price go with another provider. They are as quick asking for the bill to paid as they are with ringing up and are persistent if you don’t respond straight away. No 30 day payments here.
