We were let down by our insurance company when our oven broke down just before Christmas - they didn't provide an installation service but neglected to tell us that, so we had find our own company to do help. I found Ben via Which and thankfully he was able to help on 23rd December. He was very professional, polite and communicated well. He fitted my oven within an hour, also cleared up the packaging. Ben has carried out three visits to my property 05/02/2025 to fit a PIR to a light that had failed, replaced failed dimmer switch and replaced various bulbs, 03/05/2025 installed an outside light with sensor and switch; 20/05/2025 fitted outside socket. All the work was carried out efficiently at a reasonable cost to a high standard. Bookings were made efficiently, and Ben arrived promptly and was a pleasure to have in the house.
