Absolutely top-quality plastering work. From start to finish the job was handled professionally, cleanly, and to a very high standard. The walls and ceilings were left perfectly smooth and ready to paint, with great attention to detail throughout. Turned up on time, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless at the end of each day — which makes a massive difference. Friendly, reliable, and clearly takes pride in their work. Sam quoted for the job and received a deposit. I was clear that the work had to be finished by the Friday. Sam agreed. No show on the first day claiming that his job had overrun. No show on the second day (Weds) and no show on the Thursday as his van was in for repairs but he would turn up on the Friday. No show. We reduced the job and tried to contact Sam (email,text,voicemail) to confirm and that he would be starting on the Monday. We set a deadline for confirmation of receipt of the messages.
