Ace Property Maintenance

On day rate. Turned up just before 10 and left at 3.10. Did no cleaning or preparation. Missed lots of areas and still managed to cover new tiled floors with paint. Did not rub down prior to painting and even painted over lumps of dirt, dust, snots of plaster. Very pushy for me to pay ambiguous invoice prior to me seeing the work. Claimed they had worked extra to do 4 days in 3 but only on site for 18.5 hour in total. Their skill level and speed was very low. All needs to be redone. Took offence when I curtly told them to get going at 9.40 instead of wasting time arguing about their mess.

Turned up and did half the job he was hired to do, promising to come back to finish it in a few days. Never came back, claiming he's now too busy and too far away for it to be worth his while returning. Would recommend people avoid this service.

They come and put up our fence they should have put corner post in down the bottom of garden but didnt now their is a gap and fence moving all the time not fixed in properly also the trampoline didnt fit back in place because they brang the fence forward we have been calling and messaging them and they havent got back to us at all to sort it
