“Rebuilt wall in bathroom loft conversion due to damp in shower cubicle. Then retiled to match existing and fitted new thermostatic shower and shower cubicle. Previously painted outside of house front & rear. Always arrived on time, left everything neat & tidy at the end of the day. Work was of a very high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

The work was done with consideration and great care. Rory did his best to minimise disruption and proved very respectful of our home, and trustworthy if we had to leave him on his own. He has a great number of skills and we were grateful for his advice and expertise. We were highly satisfied with the quality of his work. His approach was cheerful and friendly throughout.

Reliable and high quality
Rory painted the outside timber and garage doors of my elderly mother's house including renewing areas that had deteriorated too far to be painted. The results are fantastic and he put my mother at ease and made the whole experience very positive. Despite having to deal with poor weather he got the job completed quickly and kept us updated at all times. He is a pleasure to deal with and we would use him again without hesitation.

GOOD DECORATOR.
This is the second time we have used Sonic. Rory Decorated our Kitchen in March 2025 to a high standard,So we have Had Rory back in May to Decorate our Downstairs toilet and hallway. He is always on time and very pleasant to deal with and Always Tidy's up Before he leaves each day.We are very satisfied with his work and would Recommend to anyone who wants a Reliable Decorator.

Excellent, would highly recommend.
Rory did a lot of decorating for us in our house which included small areas where the plaster needed sorting also. He also did a few smaller jobs such as fitting a velux window blind. He was professional, friendly, reliable, hard working and tidied up after himself. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent Job painting the outside of our house

Excellent work
I would highly recommend Sonic Property Maintenance for both high quality service and beautiful work. We had 3 rooms painted to a very high standard, and then cabinets and shelving made for living room alcoves. Great quality work and all done very efficiently. Friendly and accommodating customer service - we would definitely use Sonic Property Maintenance again.

Reliable and thorough
Rory replaced, repaired and painted the soffits on the house eaves and garage and painted a garage side door. The estimate was accurate and when we agreed some extra work that was clearly negotiated. The work was done on time and to a good standard. Rory was polite, reliable and efficient and kept me well informed on the work. I have used him several times and always found his work to be of a high standard. He gives reliable advice about the work and materials needed and I am happy to recommend him.

Very professional work
Rory painted the outside of our house and garage and the garden gate. He was totally professional, arriving on time every day (weather permitting), and was very pleasant and easy to deal with. All blemishes in the walls were filled and undercoated before two coats of the final paint colour were applied. Any problems with insects sticking to the gloss after the first coat were rectified and re-painted. His attention to detail was impressive, as was the clearing up when the job was finished. His reasonable quote included all the necessary paint for the job, which was completed within the estimated time. We were delighted with the result and would recommend him highly.

Good standard of work
Rory has done work for us a few times previously. This time he redecorated the toilet which involved considerable preparation, including skimming and sanding. He always arrives promptly, carries out the work to a high standard and is a tidy worker. Rory is helpful, has a positive attitude and is friendly. We will shortly be asking him to carry out some other items and are sure that they will be done to our complete satisfaction.

Bathroom tiling repair
After pulling a support handle from the bathroom wall, which also dislodged several tiles, a quote was requested and given. Quote reasonable, and accepted. He sourced the replacement tiles, we sourced the replacement hand rail. Very pleasant man. Work was carried out at an agreed date. Work was of an excellent standard. He cleaned up after finishing, and gave advice on how to keep the tiles clean in future (Muffycid).

Hi, thank you for taking the time to look at my page on Which Trusted Traders. I have been running SPM for over fifteen years now painting and decorating for happy clients. SPM could assist you with your painting and decorating, including full decorating make over with shiny new fitted painted woodwork and trims. I am painting from Ancaster in between Grantham and Sleaford. Decorating most of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire so together we could make the inside or outside of your property dazzle. Imagine shiny new painted skirting boards and architraves not just painted over old ones full of filler! Why stop there, you get that tired fitted unit painted. My advice is free as are my painting and decorating quotes and as not everybody knows exactly what they want I can give you an estimate so you can see how affordable your painting and decorating wish list could be.
