A&D Construction have shown a complete lack of professionalism and competence. What should have been a straightforward three-day kitchen installation dragged on for eight days and still wasn’t finished. They damaged a brand-new worktop, ignored the provided designs, and left site taking materials required to complete the job, which they repeatedly refused to return despite numerous requests. In the end, I asked them not to return and paid only a nominal amount for the time spent on site. We have since had to engage a new contractor to complete the works properly, incurring significant addition
