“Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and offered sound advice on our damp/condensation problem. The survey was free and Matt was with us for about an hour, diagnosing our problem and outlining solutions. At no point were we put under any pressure to buy- it was a genuine tradesman wanting to help. He also discounted the incorrect feedback that a previous trade has said would fix the problem (which it wouldn’t have done as Matt showed us why this other tradesman was incorrect). The follow up report (also free) was thorough and Matt recommended a drains’ surveyor. As a result of this excellent service, we will be using them to address our condensation problems. Highly recommended!”

The team took my walls back to brick, and treated for rising damp in one area and penetrating damp in another. The work was efficient and clean, and Lionel kept me up-to-date at every stage with messages and photos.”

Very happy with Advanced Damp! Competitve pricing and a long guarantee. Their team was professional friendly and knowledgeable. Minor communication hiccup easily sorted. Damp problem treated – highly recommend!
