“The job was a small one--simply to mount a rather bulky coat rack in our hallway. Everything went perfectly as planned and I'm very happy with the result. I had arranged the appointment two weeks or so in advance with Ken and on the day of the appointment the job was done very cleanly exactly at the arranged time and exactly as I specified. Communication was on point, with Ken, and then with the guys on site. I had to vacuum and wipe the dust off the radiator and the skirting board but this is absolutely no problem for the (very much affordable) price!”
