We are very happy with the work that has been completed. We ended up asking for hexagon tiling which was more complicated, especially in an old home with uneven walls. But no task was too much and all work was completed to a high standard and at the initial quotation price. He even fitted a storage unit which was mot originally planned or cost for. Workmen were very courteous and I will be asking for Turdors assistance in other areas of our home for sure.

Having previously used Tudor and his team for our bathroom installation last year, we didn't hesitate to use their services again when we completely refurbished our kitchen. We were having a pretty comprehensive refurbishment, including chasing pipes into walls, skimming walls, redoing electrics, bricking up a window, pretty much everything. Nothing was too much trouble for Tudor, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything was very well planned, even with the complication of granite work tops, We could not be happier, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!

I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom and with the work done by Robert and Tudor. I honestly cannot sing their praises enough. Robert has done an amazing job, often working till very late to catch up when things didn't get delivered on time. He took great care and pride in his job, which you don't often see these days. Tudor is very professional and calm and focused on solutions not on making everything sound like a huge problem, like other repairmen I’ve met, so the whole process wasn’t as stressful as it would have been for me. I am very grateful for that. Highly recommended.

We were able to trust Tudor to meet our expectations, suggest sound advice, keep us informed and just get on with it. All the work was done to a high standard considering the constrained time frame. He advised us of the most cost effective, safe, and practical works, and good quality but not too expensive material. Any work which Tudor undertook was done with care and with a great finish, and this can be said for most of the work completed by his traders and workman; a minor few errors were made, but corrected as soon as we pointed them out with no issues. Our next project is going to him!

Tudor came and changed the ball-cock and the toilet flushed. However, after a week or so water was running into the bowl. I called him and he came and looked at it and appeared to fix it. However, water still ran into the bowl. I called him again and he returned and removed the part that he fixed and put in another type of ball cock which now works. He concluded that the part was faulty but did not charge me any extra for the job.
