"Andy changed my bath from a fitted one to a much smaller free standing one. Not as easy a job as I first thought it would be. Andy explained everything to me and gave me options about the tiles as I could not match the original tiles up so had to make decisions on how it would look with mismatched tiles. He checked everything with me and I could not be happier with the finished result. Even spent quite a while just agreeing the exact position of the bath. He was very thorough in everything he did especially dealing with the tiles and the new bath that did not behave itself. I am so happy with the work done. The new bath is amazing the bathroom looks so much nicer and he fixed a leak in the toilet cistern as well. I would definitely recommend Andy."

He helped us with ideas that we would not have thought of and he has left us with a beautiful new cloakroom which is better than we had even dreamt of. Andy found the issues and explained them all very clearly. He was keen to liaise with us to explain any options and ensure he was completing the job to our satisfaction. Everything was left clean and tidy each day. Very happy with the finished results - so much so that we have already rebooked him for some further work later this year."

"BATHROOM RENOVATION At the start of the project, Andy made it clear that this would not be a quick job and it soon became apparent that he was very invested in the project and was meticulous in his attention to detail. He called us up each time he found an issue and explained clearly what the problem was and what our options were moving forward. At no time were we unclear as to what he was doing and why he was doing it. He ensured that at all times we had a functioning toilet and either a bath or a shower we could use. He never made an arbitrary decision and would always give us the options and go with our choice (even if it was possibly not the one he would have gone with himself). Finally, the standard of the work was exemplary and we are delighted with the finished bathroom."
