Colin and the team were brilliant. The quote changed slightly after a closer inspection, but he was very thorough in explaining why he couldn’t do what he initially budgeted for. I really appreciated the honesty, and candour in his approach to the job. Would definitely use him again ??

Spoke with Colin regarding a job in my loft. After our conversation he told me to send him an email with contact details, address etc. I also included some photos. He said he would come the following day to have a look at the job. Waited in all day but he did not turn up or contact me at all to let me know if he couldn't come. I confirmed with him the email address that he gave me prior to sending my information. Very disappointing!!
