"Reached out to K A metcalfe building a couple of weeks ago regarding some structural work, Karl arranged to visit site a couple of days later. After talking through the require work Karl put me in touch with and architect who drew up the plan and submitted this to building control. Given the green light a couple of days later Karl and his team began work putting in the steel bean and demolishing the current wall. Finished the job in two days removing the rubbish and leaving a great open plan space. Very happy with the finish and value for money. Will be using them again."
