“Roger came to look at our gas fire which wouldnt light. He was punctual and efficient and gave the fire a good clean out. He was very knowledgable and gave good advice about servicing the fire. Altogether a very friendly and knowledgable engineer. Would definitely recommend using him.”

Fitted a large 5 grill gas hob and gas oven, in our designer kitchen. Found Roger from Alogic, very helpful and his technical skill very useful, as our kitchen fitters were not sure on regulations. Very friendly, nice and knowledgeable.Will use roger to service our vaillant boiler and megaflow hot water system.
Roger provided a brilliant service when the friend's house we were staying in developed a plumbing leak. He re-arranged his schedule so that he could call before we had to leave and sorted the leak out very efficiently and effectively, for a very reasonable price. All done with a great manner too. I have certainly put his n umber in a safe place for future reference!
Roger was was very professional, polite, timely and fixed our problem very quickly. He completed the job without leaving any mess and was happy to offer advice on additional work we might want to consider to stop any future problems - things we could do ourselves (We had a poorly fitted bath from a bad plumber we used previously). I have already spoken to Roger about fitting a new downstairs toilet suite for us. We definitely want him to do all future plumbing work.
Having an issue with our boiler, Roger did an excellent job replacing it. He got the job done quicker than expected and kept his focus on the problem. His customer service is a very friendly and has a professional manner. Additionally, hes also reliable regarding after care, ensuring your goods are well serviced. Would definitely recommend.

We had recently purchased a new gas fire that required installation. Roger set about the installation in a steady and methodical fashion. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and did a very professional job including cleaning up afterwards. We will definitely be using Alogic to perform the fires yearly maintenance in the future.
