He came out once and did a fantastic job attempting to fix my fridge freezer but sadly the problem persisted - however he came back out the next week and brought a variety of high spec equipment to deeply investigate the issue. Since leaving, the fridge is like new. I'm so grateful for this kind and thorough piece of work. Great, responsive service.”
