"Done to a good standard & sheets down to protect the carpets. Spilt water on doormat and didn’t tell me. Friendly when I spoke to them but not to my parents downstairs. When they were working to themselves I found them to be unprofessional. I sat in the room next to them working, and I must have heard the word “fu**” at least 50+ times in the space of a couple of hours. If it wasn’t swearing, it was constant moaning like they didn’t want to be there and even some inappropriate comments (to do with the current situation of the country). Maybe keep that chat for the van and not someone’s house"
