He took exactly the amount of time estimated for the job, despite it being a bit non standard and he cleared up afterwards leaving the bathroom nice and tidy. All in all a great job. Highly recommended.”
“Roy came out to investigate a leak we had. He promptly found where it was, realised he needed a part to sort it, went to go get part and fixed. Whilst he was here, he also looked at one of our radiators that wasn’t heating up. He did a great job and it was nice to chat with him whilst he was here.”

Paul came the next day after a phone call, and was quick to identify the problem. Before he started work he assured us, and showed us the part he was using was a genuine Cannon/ Hotpoint spare. Good personality, good workmanship, no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Made sure everything about my oven was good 👍 polite , chatty would most highly recommend this company . I will Definitely use them again as they also fix washing machines and dishwashers . I contacted Paul regarding an issue with my oven not heating. He quickly identified the likely cause after asking whether the fan was operating, which it wasn’t. Based on our discussion, he provided a very competitive quote. We agreed on a convenient date and time, and Paul sent a text 30 minutes before arriving, which was much appreciated. He arrived promptly with his son, who is learning the trade from his dad. Both were extremely polite, professional, and respectful. They diagnosed and completed the repair within an hour, with no mess left behind. The oven is now working perfectly.
