“Our shed roof needed repairing. We discussed what was required, agreed on materials and a price, and a date for the work to commence. Arrival was very prompt, Tony and Luke got to work immediately and completed the job thoroughly within a few hours. The area was fully cleaned up after, and we talked through what they'd done. We are really impressed with the quality of work and how respectful they were (clean, tidy, and politely spoken). We would highly recommend AR Builders (we've used them before for a job and we'd use them again and again).”

Tony installed a new gutter system for our house as the existing was not fit for purpose and overflowing causing damage to brickwork. Tony also made remedial repairs to our timber fascia boards which involved scaffolding. All the work was carried out in a completely professional manner from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend AR Builders to anyone.
Tony, Cane and Luke were genuinely excellent from start to finish. The quality of the work is outstanding and I am really happy with the end result. They were friendly, supportive, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. The site was always kept clean and tidy, communication was clear throughout, and any issues that came up were handled calmly and intelligently. They are great problem-solvers and consistently went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly and to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them - I hope they were as happy with my coffee making as I was with their building!

Tony and his team completed a refurbishment of our kitchen and utility area, including laying piped underfloor heating and screeding, re-insulating all the walls, moving the kitchen entrance, installing a new external door, installing a new bathroom including panelling the walls, some floor tiling, and preparing plumbing and electrics for our new kitchen and utility to be fitted. Tony and his team did a great job and I would definitely use them again. Tony also ensured that he was very upfront and clear if any unexpected extra costs came up. I would highly recommend them.

Tony came recommended as we were looking to convert our garage / extend our kitchen. He was punctual, honest every step of the way, and was always available to speak if we had any questions. The quality of the work was excellent and we would feel comfortable recommending him to anyone. Trustworthy and reliable.

Tony listened to what we needed and was good in responding to any feedback.
Tony converted our garage to a utility room and installed our new kitchen. The project was priced very reasonably compared to other quotes we received. He was professional and thorough in his work and always listened and acted on any ideas or changes we made. I would definitely recommend him and would look to him for any future work as well.
AR Builders provided an extraordinary service to us in delivering our 2 storey side and rear extension within budget. Thoroughly competent, innovative in finding solutions, precise in their work, considerate, honest, and good communicators. AR Builders are well connected locally in the industry and coordinated all aspects of the project recommending very good consultants, and employing excellent sub-contractors where necessary. They kept us updated on all aspects throughout the duration of the build and kept the existing house functioning under extremely difficult circumstances. We are completely satisfied with their performance and delighted with the end product.
This is the third project that AR Builders have competed for us in the last 5 years including a single rear extension and loft conversion. Both have been done to an excellent standard and reasonably priced. The guys are very diligent and approachable, I would deffo recommend.
We had Tony and his guys remove an interior load bearing wall and create an opening for external bifold doors. Tony was always on time and kept us up to date with what was happening and was true to his quote. Nothing was a problem with him and I would highly recommend him to others and family. It was a pleasure to have a builder who delivered what he promised, and I will definitely be using him in the future.
We are so happy with the work Tony and his son have done for us today. They were polite and friendly and very well mannered. They were clean and tidy throughout and after it was completed too. We would highly recommend AR Builders and would use them again.
We have been so pleased with the work that we had done. Tony was friendly, helpful, approachable and offered useful tips on how we could improve further on the internal layout that had been designed by the architect. We would 100% use Tony again and highly recommend him and his team.
I can't thank AR Builders enough for the work they carried out on my new business premises. Tony and his team were punctual and efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them, happily putting up extra units when asked. They carried out the strip out of my previous premises and kindly suggested reusing some of the cabinets, shelves and sinks in my new premises, which managed to save me a fair amount of money. Tony's input in the design of the new layout was invaluable and I am delighted with the outcome. I would definitely recommend AR Builders and look forward to working with them again on my next project.
