Excellent job done by Rick and his mate (sorry didn’t get his name) and would definitely consider for future jobs. Had a couple of delays with the weather and other bits and pieces but turned up as expected, put in a full shift and got the job done quickly with minimal mess. Price was reasonable compared vs other quotes and Rick was happy to come a bit further out of his normal area to do the work. I wanted to wait a bit to review to check how the roof coped under bad weather and all seems to be good. All in all, would definitely recommend.

Renewed garage roof with EPDM and fitted UPVC fascia’s Rick was hard working and tidied up on completion of the job, removing the waste from my property. Job completed yesterday, delayed by one day due to ordered item not in stock when went to collect Competitive price for the job, had several quotes for the job, chose Rick to do the job based on price and reviews Estimate included reboarding the roof, I had not picked up on the fact that new boards would be fixed over the existing roof boards once the old felt was removed therefore seeing ends of nails on the inside of the garage roof, had thought the old boards would have been removed, Rick said as the old boards were sound there was no need to remove the old boards. For this reason rated 4 rather than 5 Overall pleased with the work done and the appearance of the new roof, happy with my choice of Ark roofing to do the job Photos of before and after the job
