“Right from the outset Alex and his partner Simon said when their prospective start time would be, subject to weather conditions. Alex kept me updated and replied quickly to any contact I made. Some of my requests were slightly outside the remit but were needed to complete an overall finish to the building. They turned up when they said they would and completed the job to my satisfaction. They cleared the work area on a daily basis too. One of my neighbours was so impressed with their work he's been round to ask them for a quote!”
