Scott and his team were there every step of the way from planning, application approval and installation. Good timing and communication with us. I got a call from Scott to inform or advise during the process. His personal touch and interest made customer service stand out above expectations. It?s now attracting attention and asking for more information. Array Electric, Nathan and his installation team did a great job and took care of everything skilfully. They were friendly team of installers. Nathan demonstrated how the system works and the details of the project. They left our property clean and tidy as they met it and solar was operating same day making savings which we are very pleased for green energy. We would and have gladly recommend the company to friends and colleagues.

I had 15 Solar Panels installed along with the inverter and two 5KWh Battery Units plus and controller for my Immersion heater and they replace and added to my smoke detectors. All work was carried out as quoted and professional done and commissioned. I am please with the performance of the system which is functioning as quoted.

Full installation of solar panel array and battery storage to residential property. From the initial requirements survey to some after care system restoration work the team worked tirelessly, efficiently and with the utmost care to feedback what was being done, why, and how it would be achieved. The team leader also took great pains to walk me through the Systems ?app? to explain what information it would show and the monitoring process it provided to identify and speedily highlight any system issues. This became very apparent following a rare manufacturing fault with one of the storage batteries. The Array team identified the problem and took steps over an extended period to resolve the issue with which they again fedback detailed information of what was happening. I have, and will continue to recommend this company to friends and family who may be considering having a solar panel system fitted.

Scott first contacted me in April after I had entered my name in a compare site for solar panels. I was unsure as to whether or not to proceed but he was very good at explaining the technical side of things and didn't give up on me. More recently a special offer became available and this time I agreed to go ahead, purchasing 9 panels and 2 batteries. Scott arranged for the survey to be done and then booked in the dates for the work. The scaffolders were efficient and friendly, followed by the technicians who worked steadily until the job was done. They explained the workings of the inverter and encouraged me to download the app 'FoxCloud' to track when the solar is working. It is too early to say how well it is working as the sky is grey but I am confident that my electricity bills will be significantly reduced. I know that I can ring Scott if I have any questions. He answers the phone in person - no intermediary.
