Andy Jones, who came to investigate a failure in the consumer unit has a great work ethic and a really positive attitude to problem solving. Andy is very knowledgeable, listens to the customer, advises on the right course of action and then cracks on with getting the job done without any fuss. Because of his ‘can do’ attitude I was also able to get a couple of smaller jobs done as well. Thanks Andy.”
“We had lost power in the conservatory and the shed. Andy gave honest opinion of the work needed and recommended we change our consumer unit to bring it to standard whilst they searched for the fault. I also added the addition of another socket in the house. The quote was in my opinion competitive and detailed. From site visit to day of the work was 13 days which was acceptable as we could manage. The work was carried out professionally and tidy. We are very pleased and would recommend TM Hughes.”

I recently used TM Hughes & Son Gas Services for a plumbing issue and can't recommend them enough. From booking to completion, the experience was seamless. Neal and Terry were friendly, informative, patient, and understanding, especially given my previous bad experiences. Dylan, the plumber, arrived on time, explained the problem and solution thoroughly, and worked diligently. His attention to detail was impressive. Andy and Team installed chandelier lights in 6 rooms at my home. They were on time, friendly and very professional. They followed all instructions and frequently checked in with me if I was happy at stages of the installation. They went over and beyond by ensuring that measurements and positions of the lights were perfect. They also cleaned up afterwards and finished the work on time.

I need a job doing on the same day, as I worried about a leak and I will going on holiday the following morning. There came out within 2 hours and completed the in impressive fashion, very polite, tidy and really knew there job. I would definitely use them again.
