"Chris and the team at Balfour came in to fit a new drain down the side of our house and re-lay a couple of slabs in our garden. Their quote was fair and well explained, they arrived when promised and conducted the works exactly as discussed. There was an issue on the day, out of their control, and they happily came another day to finish up. The drain has made an amazing difference to our house and has been well tested with the recent inclement weather. They will certainly be our first call for any future works."
