“We phoned him yesterday, described the problem, which he understood immediately. He had the parts in stock, and gave a quote for the worst case problem. He came when I was out, leaving my invalid mother to deal with him - he was courteous and kind, did the job in less than an hour, left the kitchen cleaner than he had found it, and charged much less than he had quoted. My mother will be recommending him to her friends, and I would certainly use him again. Full marks, an excellent service.”

Algen arrived on time , quickly assessed and found the issue. He ordered a new part for fridge which was not cooling down and returned to fit it 2 days later as agreed. He was very efficient and professional . Also good value for money. Great communication and super quick work. Very relived fridge is now working again.
