Our mansard had been leaking for many years. We called in Mr Benimoussa on the recommendation of a neighbour after the first roofers we called failed to fix the problem, left a broken fascia board, and messy sealant. His quote seemed fair and the crew worked diligently--but it was summer. Now, after a few weeks of rain, the roof's leaking again and there's already some serious water damage. As we redecorated after the roof was 'fixed' this means additional expense. Tried to contact Mr Benimoussa for weeks to fix this but to no avail. Doesn't return calls. Will pursue through small claims.

B.A.W Building Services Ltd were professional from start to finish of my renovation. Their quote was competitive. The renovation was extensive with walls being stripped back insulated and replastered, new radiators, additional sockets and wiring, new fireplace, doors and balustrade. Ghani and his team worked well and produced a good finish on this project. No request was too much trouble and my verbal and written interactions were responded to in a timely fashion. Additional works required were priced fairly. I will be using B.A.W Services again.

Will highly recommend Ghani and Salim - they are highly skilled and are attentive to the specifications and details you provide to them. They also liaised well with third parties in a timely manner and required minimal supervision.
