"My induction hob cracked so I needed a new one put in ASAP. I booked BCH electrical but the new hob didnt arrive. BCH was understanding and patient in rescheduling my job. The guys who did the work were quick and clean (after I explained how to get out the Oven to get to the electrical). I was able to ask for a light switch to be fixed while they were here. Prices were really reasonable. There was confusion about the disposal of the old hob: 1st they told me I’d have to get rid of it and then said they’d take it away, but the workmen left it. BCH did help me with options on disposing of it."

The electrician was really patient with me and went through all the different stages as he did them explaining what he was doing and why.
