He diagnosed the problem with my shower as well as replacing leaking pipework under my kitchen sink. He sorted out 2 rads now working and replaced taps in bathroom. He kept me updated when parts were delayed, was very professional and pleasant throughout and left all working areas tidy. Great communication. Very pleased and will be using Ben's services again.
