Gary recently built, installed and painted a bespoke wall unit in our living room. Gary did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the result. He took time and trouble to measure and design accurately. His work was never rushed and he is clearly a craftsman who takes pride in his work. He accommodated changes we requested during the build without complaint talking us through our options. I quickly felt I could trust Gary and I was happy to leave Gary working alone in our house while I conducted personal business. I would use Gary's services again without hesitation for any future joinery work we may need.

Gary recently completed a number of jobs for us, including fixing a broken door, repairing a staircase and fitting new locks. He did a brilliant job, always on time and going the extra mile to finish all the jobs to a high standard. I would highly recommend Gary and plan to use him again for jobs big and small.

Gary fitted new front door letterbox , knocker and lock pullers on my Victorian front door. He had to make the letterbox opening bigger and it was quite a tricky job as the door is really heavy. He did a thorough job and I am really pleased with the results! Would highly recommend Gary and am sure I will use him again for any carpentry job I have in the future.

My sliding kitchen door broke and stuck closed. Gary from BWS got it unstuck and help me work out the right parts to order, discussed approaches and then came back to put it all back together again. Great quality work and problem solving skills that meant the wall didn’t need to be opened up, making the whole thing much simpler. Highly recommended.

We needed a slight rework of our kitchen units to fill a cavity and fit a new dishwasher. Having spent months talking to all the big names (Wickes, Wren, IKEA etc), we always reached the same stumbling block which was that they wouldn’t do small job, so if we wanted a small rework we’d have to pay for the whole kitchen. Thankfully, we found Gary through Trusted Traders. He came over, took the measurements and took care of everything. Very happy with the finished product. Only thing that could have been better was the communication leading up to the job but in light of how happy we are with the work it’s only a very small issue. We’ll definitely be using Gary again.
