“We needed the rendering at the front of the house to be repainted after new windows were fitted. At the same time we wanted to get the soffits, facia boards and other painted areas redone. Bogdan's quote was relatively high but I had more confidence in him than in some of those with cheaper quotes. When they got to the facia boards, I was shown where they were rotting. Bogdan fitted UPVC facia boards over the existing ones. This was also expensive but they did a thorough job. All the work was to a high standard and we liked the finished job. But he never dealt with a drip from the gutter.”
