Chris has just completed the redecoration of several rooms, landing and porch in my house and I am delighted with the results. He is friendly, punctual and hard-working. Chris is meticulous in his preparation and execution of the job and clearly explains daily progress as he goes along. He has also provided useful advice and suggestions which I hope to follow through. Chris always leaves the rooms neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I'm always worried about getting work done, going by past experiences, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris. He has done a great job decorating my living room. A very honest and thoughtful gentleman. Always punctual and good at communicating. Will definitely have him back to paint my kitchen.

Chris was outstanding from start to finish. We’d had issues from tradesmen in the past: false promises and mediocre work. But Chris was amazing from the get-go. He took his time on the job and was so meticulously detailed. There’s no rushing so that he can get to another job, he took his time, even though the job took slightly longer. Due to unforeseen circumstances by another trader, Chris needed longer to rectify some issues, but was very up front about additional charges, which we discussed in detail: no animosity at all. Overall, he’s transformed our downstairs into a bright living space, and we couldn’t be happier!

Chris has just redecorated my lavatory and I would throughly recommend him. His work is excellent and completed meticulously. Chris is an excellent communicator and listens attentively to the client and gives super advice. Chris was also able to recommend excellent professionals to plaster the room in advance and remove the radiator during the renovation. He is punctual, tidy and leaves the house immaculate. I would be delighted to use his services again and I was happy to leave him working when I had to go out.

Chris has just redecorated my kitchen and my bathroom. He is a true professional and his work is of the highest standard. He is always on time and leaves everywhere clean when he finishes for the day. I wouldn't hesitate to have him do any decorating I might need in the future. He is also a very nice guy.

Chris is a very nice man and truly cares greatly about his work. This is the second time we have used him and the amount of preparation he gives to the job is amazing and the end result is a testament to his skills and all his hard work. From the moment he arrives, he gets on with the job in hand, and unlike many people we’ve had in to do various jobs, he’s not on his phone 24/7 but grafting hard. You hardly know he’s there, he’s respectful and punctual and completely trustworthy. I wouldn’t get anyone else in to do more work at a later stage for us.

Chris recently decorated our kitchen. We were very pleased with him and the quality of workmanship. I was particularly impressed with the all important preparation before the painting started. Clearly a very experienced tradesman.

Chris came to quote up the cost of painting our small bedroom which has just been replastered and remedial decorating after getting new windows fitted. I found the quote to be reasonable and communication good. His colleague Sorin had a bit of a job with the new plaster as it wasn't the smoothest base, but looking at the walls now, you'd never know! The job was finished to a high standard and frankly, I can't find any faults (and I have high expectations). Polite, unobtrusive, respectful and we're very happy. Highly recommended, would definitely go back to them again in future.

Chris redecorated our rear bedroom, which hadn’t been touched in over 25 years. He plastered all of the cracks in the wall, fully lined the walls, sanded and re-painted the picture rails and painted the walls. The whole process was completely stress free from the start. Chris arrived at the same time each morning and worked so hard each day. He was extremely tidy and left the room tidy and clean every day. I work from home and barely noticed he was there! He did a fantastic job and the room looks amazing! His work is so neat and there were no issues at all. In fact, we are hoping to have him back very soon to decorate two more rooms. Great service!

Chris was recommended to me approximately 8 years ago and since then he has decorated every room in my house. He is very professional, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. I have no hesitation giving him my house keys or leaving him in my house alone. His work is excellent and he will do any job whether big or small. He has just repainted a ceiling and coving in the room he decorated for me last year as I decided I wanted the ceiling a lighter colour. He is always careful not to damage anything in the room. He put heavy duty dust sheets on the carpet (I didn’t want the self adhesive plastic carpet protector used), covered the curtains and attached a delicate masking tape under the coving to which with tape he attached plastic sheets to protect the wallpaper. He always leaves the room clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend Chris.

Chris & Osin have decorated the dining room, lounge, hall, stairs and landing to perfection. The end result is flawless. They arrived punctually and worked a full day. They could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to have them in the house.

Chris Roach Limited recently carried out decorations to the bathroom, hall, stairs, landing and entrance lobby in my house. Everything has gone really well and I am very pleased with the excellent outcome. The removal of the old wallpaper, making good, priming and painting of the walls and ceilings were carried out in a very efficient and professional manner, to a very high standard and at reasonable cost. All work was conducted with great care. Chris and his colleague are very friendly, kept me regularly updated on progress and answered all my questions. I am highly impressed with Chris Roach Limited and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering having decorating work conducted.

Chris has worked for me several times always delivering excellent results. He is a perfectionist of the highest standards. Also a very neat person who never leaves you in a mess. Leaves you every evening in a tidy clean space until the job is completed. I would never consider employing anyone else to decorate my house.

I am very pleased to have hired Chris a second time, having worked together in January 2024 when I had my bedrooms decorated. Once again he has been a pleasure to have in my home, this time decorating my living room and hallway. He is a very considerate worker, very tidy, and delivers a high standard of finish.
