“Needed existing tiles and flooring lifted up, leak source investigated, work with insurance once identified and then put everything back with new tiles to replace the old ones that were removed in what is a wet room. This all began with the tiles lifting up and gaps in grouting beginning. BKS came relatively quickly to hunt down the problem and even pulled in favors to get it all finally finished off as above (restoring) just before Christmas. While everyone else would b e heading off to holidays they did work and even came back to check in on the quality of the work.”
