Replacement of broken shower tray which had been installed incorrectly by previous fitter. Hence shower screen also needed to be replaced along with some tiles. Approach and price was agreed and work completed as promised. Billy has also completed a number of other jobs for me over the years, and I have always called him back as I trust his workmanship. This includes repositioning of a radiator on a different wall in a bedroom (amending plumbing under the floor and then levelling the floor afterwards), servicing my boiler and repairing leaking wall hung toilet waste (needed to remove toilet and refit properly after repairing poor workmanship of previous installer)

Billy came to fix our boiler which had a broken part. He was able to shift some work around & on the Monday of the following week attended again to completely replace the boiler, upgrading it to a combi boiler along with all of the associated water & gas pipe upgrades that were neccessary to convert our current system to mains pressure. Billy was on site with us for 4 days, from 8am till late afternoon. In less than a week, from his initial call out, our boiler had been replaced & was up & running again.

Billy is very reliable and the best Heating/Gas engineer we have had. He undertook a huge project to upgrade all the pipework in the entire house, new boiler, tank, new family bathroom, new downstairs W/C, new radiators, new thermostats and did it all within the agreed time. We now have ongoing boiler service and maintenance and we are very happy with the service we receive. Any future works we will continue to rely on Billy for, and have recommended him to family and friends also!
