Darren was very courteous and professional throughout. He identified the issues with the leak in the roof. He advised clearly what was required to resolve the issue, and undertook the necessary repairs. Darren and his team arrived on time, again reconfirming the work required, which they managed efficiently and tidily. Of note was his continuous communication from start of the repairs to completion - I appreciated that!

After having arranged quite a few appointments with different roofers to take a look at my flat roof and identify the issues causing the leak, Darren stood out with his pragmatic approach and suggested the most suitable solution with a reasonable quote. He clearly explained what would be the steps required to resolve the issue. Communication with him to subsequently find a date to carry out the repairs was easy and he accommodated my diary. Handling massive boards, gutters and tools in and out of my narrow flat wasn't an easy task and all was conducted cautiously and tidily. Work carried out in a diligent and professional manner.
