Work completed well
I had my chimney swept by Sweepsmart and I was very happy with the work carried out. The chimney sweep was very polite and helpful in advice about the wood burner and did the work that needed doing. I thought that maybe the rope around the doors needed replacing but was assured by Sweepsmart that at this point it didn’t need doing but they would keep it on record to check next time. The chimney was swept quickly and no mess was made. The report and certificate and invoice was emailed before he left. I was very pleased with this company.

Good Job.
Mason carried out the service/sweep of the chimney. He arrived within the allocated time slot, friendly and polite and carried out the job with no fuss. He was respectful of the carpet by removing his outdoor shoes. Mason informed us of the condition of the burner and provided the certificate. the booking service is simple and efficient, and at a good price.

First time using SweepSmart. Really easy booking the appointment on their website. Mason arrived on time, very polite and took his trainers off before entering my property. Talked me through what he was going to do and took photos before and after the job was finished. Mason is a credit to SweepSmart and outstanding customer service! Would I use SweepSmart again, YES.

Clean and Efficient chimney sweep and inspecton

Friendly and excellent service.
I have been using sweep smart for a good few years now, to maintain my chimney. They are easy to book in and schedule a convenient time. Keil is friendly and happy to answer any questions, and the work is carried out to a high standard, pictures taken, sweep and smoke test, the fireplace and surrounds left clean after the job. The report supplied goes through the before and after pictures, what has been collected during the sweep and any further advice. Overall great friendly service, easy to organise a visit, highly recommended!

Friendly and efficient
Great experience again with SweepSmart - useful reminder to get the chimney swept and a really good messaging platform. Quick and easy to book, really good communication and totally reliable. Keil was really friendly, came exactly when he said he was, clean, efficient, very happy to have him in our home. We will book again next year.

Great Service
I have been using Sweep Smart since my chimney sweep of decades of service retired. I didn’t think I would find another company that I liked so much, but I have. Office staff are always friendly and helpful, appointments can be made at a time to suit my working hours, sweep always keeps me updated with arrival times and unfailingly does a great job. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Pigeon stuck in chimney
First time using Sweep smart and having our chimneys swept. We had a pigeon stuck in our chimney, called Sweepsmart in order not to cause further anxiety for the bird, they arranged for someone to come at 7am the following morning. Mason came promptly, located and retrieved the bird within 30min. No injury to bird who was able to fly away. Mason diagnosed where the bird may have come in, provided solutions and swept the chimneys. He was polite and courteous, left our property clean, tested the fireplaces and gave clear reports of before and after the sweep. Very happy with service, will definitely use again.

Great service
I have used this company for several years. The service is excellent, from booking to sweeping. I am always surprised how clean chimney sweeping is! Today Mason and James did a great job, they were friendly, respectful of being in someone's house and absolutely efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Professional, Polite and Courteous
Never had our chimney sweep and used the services of Sweep Smart. Booking the appointment, spoke with a very polite and professional young lady. Offered me a date and time of my choice, confirmed the price (£90 incl vat). Text messages sent to remind me of my appointment to the point where I received a text on the day to say what time they would be here. Mason and James attended my home. Two of the politest trades persons I have ever met. They provided me with good advice and were extremely thorough and tidy in their work. Thank you to all at Sweep Smart, will certainly be using you again.
