Very efficient friendly service to carry out a level 2 chimney inspection of our open fire flue. Comprehensive written report, with suggestions for remedial work, produced the same day. Would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend SweepSmart. I had a level 1 inspection and sweep of my flue at my Grade 2 listed thatch cottage. Keil provided essential guidance including the best way to maintain a safe working chimney flue when using my log burner. The work was carried out professionally with no residual mess once the sweep was completed. The report and certification that was provided regarding the condition of my flue was detailed and reassuring and was received only a few hours after Keil had inspected my chimney. Follow up questions were also quickly responded to. Excellent job!

Efficient and clean work on 3 stoves/chimneys. One stove had a baffle with a hairline crack and it broke during removal - we had an informative discussion about the pros and cons of such baffles and Paul promised to replace it if - after running the stove for a bit - I decide it would be beneficial.
