In his second visit a few days later, Mark checked there were no wasps alive and vacuumed up the next remains and insecticide. He was very thorough and efficient, arrived on time and maintained good communication throughout. He also went above and beyond by fixing a grill to the vent to prevent future infestations, mended my son's window that couldn't close properly, and provided us with a kit to fix to the window to keep all bugs out. He's a really great guy too!"
