“I had what I thought was a bees nest, however it turned out to be masonry bees, which I had never heard of. Making an appointment was easy and Simon replied promptly. Simon took the time to explain my options to treat them after a visit to investigate. Excellent service and I will definitely call Simon in the future if I have any other pest issues.”
“Simon was excellent. We had been experiencing lots of scratching noises from our attic and in the ceilings and voids in the dormers in our house. I had initially put shop bought poison down which I thought had solved the problem but on New year's day the scratching had returned. Simon initially came and inspected all of our drains, and looked for entry points and put down poison himself in the attic. Within 24 hours the problem had gone away but Simon still returned for 3 further visits to ensure everything was sorted out. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a very friendly service.”
