"Simon was excellent. We had been experiencing lots of scratching noises from our attic and in the ceilings and voids in the dormers in our house. I had initially put shop bought poison down which I thought had solved the problem but on New year's day the scratching had returned. Simon initially came and inspected all of our drains, and looked for entry points and put down poison himself in the attic. Within 24 hours the problem had gone away but Simon still returned for 3 further visits to ensure everything was sorted out. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a very friendly service."
