Our gutters are difficult to get to due to our conservatory, Summit organised some scaffolders so that he was able to access our gutters to clean them.. He has previously replaced guttering and we would highly recommend.”

Work on bungalow roof
Required moss to be removed from bungalow roof plus fix loose ridge tiles. Also to repair leaking box gutter and reset misaligned tile. Summit quick to respond with a visit and a very reasonable quote. Paul did not try and persuade me to have work done that was not required, unlike some other roofing companies. Dry ridge system installed and roof now completely moss free and sprayed with moss killer to inhibit further growth. Premises left clean and tidy when finished. Excellent workmanship and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends and neighbours.

Gutters cleared
We have used Summit Roofing & Contractors to clear our guttering, this involved needing scaffolding as our conservatory restricts access. Scaffolding was organised by Summit and the gutters cleared. We have previously used their services to clear ad replace gutters previously. Summit have always been professional with good customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Install a new lead box gutter and and fit new lead flashing
Paul has completed some gutter repairs for me in the past so when the roof started leaking just after I'd moved into a new property, I knew who to call. As before, Paul is punctual, courteous, communicative, scrupulously tidy, does an excellent job for a reasonable price. Above all I find that I can trust his opinion, safe in the knowledge that he wouldn't suggest additional work that isn't necessary.

Highly recommended
The pricing is competitive, and the work was done efficiently and very well indeed. Both we and our neighbours are extremely satisfied with the job and although I hope we won't need them again in a hurry I will certainly use them again if we do.

New garage roof: quality assured
I have used Paul and the Summit team a number of times for a range of roofing jobs at current house and previous. Each time, they have done a grand job and have come back and resolved any minor issue to satisfy my neuroses! Latest job was removal and bagging of asbestos garage roof and replacement with a modern safe equivalent. Paul also added felt to a flat roof which was pooling. Very happy with both jobs. Site also left very clean. Thank you. Paul also advised that being a commercial entity his disposal of the asbestos would be expensive and so I hired a van, got a van licence for disposal of the asbestos at a local waste/recycle site and of course saved a fair amount of money.

Excellent work and speedy response
Needed some work done to my roof with some missing tiles and lead flashing, responded quickly, replaced the missing tiles and inspected the lead flashings. All work was done quickly and professionally.
