"Alex regularly services our boiler and has done other gas-related jobs. He is always friendly, cheerful and efficient. His keyword is transparency - he takes photos of everything, explains the problem and discusses the options. You know exactly what is going on and how much it is going to cost..... although I know "odd little things" have definitely just been thrown in!!! He goes the extra mile, particularly if there is an urgent issue. Can't recommend him too highly."
