Excellent service and great value for money. We contracted Trident to fix our rising damp issues and from initial inspection through to final delivery the service was great. The initial quote was very competitive, and Trident held to the original price even after discovering the issue was bigger than first thought. And all work undertaken while we were away on holiday, with no extra hassle. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Joseph to resolve an issue involving rising damp in my home. He and his team were punctual and incredibly tidy, leaving no mess behind. Most importantly, they did exactly what they promised, effectively diagnosing and offering a solution to my damp issues. I highly recommend Trident for their professionalism and quality work!
Joe and the team did an absolutely fantastic job, for a great price. We scheduled the work while we were away on holiday and came back to a clean house, and an impressive finish to all aspects of the work. After the work commenced it was found to be more complicated than first thought, and Trident responded by completing the extra work in the time available, and at no extra cost!

Joseph and his team were brilliant. We were moving house and he did an initial damp survey to report on the problem and then was happy to wait quite a few months until we moved in to complete the work.

There was a damp problem along our external wall, we called Trident Damp, Joseph ( the owner / manager) came along and conducted a thorough inspection before sending an e-mail containing full details of necessary remedial work and a quote. On the date of the work Joseph and team arrived on time, all work was completed in a competent and professional manner and finished on time. Highly recommended.

The quote received to rectify our rising damp was very reasonable compared to another quote received. Joseph and his men explained clearly how the work would be done, which took a day and a half to treat our lounge and hallway. The finish to our walls is very good which will help our decorator when he starts. The men were tidy and cleaned up well when they finished.
