After an ongoing issue with my upstairs lighting circuit tripping, Tom attended and carried out proper fault-finding from the start, testing at the consumer unit, then the upstairs switch panel, and finally working through the wiring in the loft to isolate the faulty section. He explained what he was doing clearly, worked methodically, and didn’t jump to expensive conclusions like “needs a full rewire”. He also replaced old junction/connector blocks in the loft to bring things up to spec and improve reliability. Really impressed will use going forward"
