I was contacted by the proprietor after my request for a quote and an appointment was made on a day of his choosing. I checked that morning that the appointment was still going ahead and he asked for the time to be pushed back for the same day. He did not turn up and he did not contact me. To date, I have not heard back from the proprietor, no apology, no rescheduling, just a wasted afternoon taken off work and loss of pay.
