“Tom at Capital Improvements was super helpful during a recent storm, which resulted in my flat roof being damaged. Within hours of submitting an enquiry on Friday, he’d organised a visit and a plan to resolve it the following week. Workmen arrived first-thing on Monday morning, and were incredibly polite and respectful. Unfortunately, the damage was more extensive than originally anticipated, and I was kept informed throughout. Despite the extra work needed, it was carried out and completed within the same day, leaving my garden completely spotless. Incredible service and workmanship! 5️⃣⭐️”
