When they identified additional problems after having started they gave a fair price for the work involved. The work was well done and really thorough and respected the fact I needed it done by a deadline. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing roof work.”

26/11/23 - Work was swiftly started and the person worked long hours each day on the grinding out and refilling in June. Then he moved onto another job at house opposite and the waterproofing has never been done despite calls from him promising to do so. An email to the firm's owner in September has produced no contact either. Luckily I made a small retention when paying the bill so I have only paid for the work that was done.

This Trader gave a good first impression: friendly and cheaper than alternatives. We asked them to fill a crack in the render, paint the outside, pebble-dash walls and cap the chimneys. I paid before completion and then struggled for 2 months to get them back to finish the job and clean up. After contacting Trust a Trader, the remaining work has now been resolved and the trader provided a gesture of goodwill.
A great team. Happy and helpful. Worked quickly and cheerfully and did a really great job. Would use them again.
I used Capital Roofing for two jobs - removing moss from our roof and renewing a flat roof to part of our property. I dealt with Alan throughout. Overall I was happy with the quote and the fin shed job.
