The guttering, porch canopy and other maintenance work needed to be done on my house. When the recent heavy rains created waterfalls I found J Jones Property Maintenance on Checkatrade and contacted them. They responded promptly and visited the following day to assess the nature of the job. Repair work to the guttering was done within a couple of days at a price which was very competitive. In less than two weeks the porch canopy was upgraded and looked brand new. J Jones Property Maintenance did a great job, they were very professional and I would definitely use their service in future.
We replaced the gutter across front of double garage and introduced a downpipe to bottom Aco drain, to overcome serious leakage at a failed joint. The work was discussed, options considered and best solution found. Jonathon expertly and timely supplied and installed the various components. Discussions were held at each stage as works progressed: a small but tricky job requiring experienced installation. Satisfactorily completed, site left clean and tidy and most importantly, no more leaks. Prompt and courteous at all times.

John arrived to quote on time and gave me sensible advice about the work that was needed. He was helpful when I asked him to do a couple of additional tasks and carried out the work requested to a good standard. He kept me informed of progress and about when the scaffolding would be erected and removed and wasn't put up for any longer than needed. Guttering guaranteed for 10 years. Very happy with everything.

After receiving a quote the work was carried out quite soon after. John and Dean did a great job repaired a leak on the roof, repointed chimney stack and sealed it as this was causing a damp patch in the bedroom. Replaced some guttering facia boards, soffits and downpipes. So pleased we asked them to stay and do some exterior painting and will be getting them back to do some more in the future. We were kept informed at all times and asked if we were happy with what was being done. Would highly recommend using them.

John and his team did a fantastic job to replace our gutters, fascia and soffit. John kept us informed for the progress. He discussed the requirements with us, gave us a quote, turned up on time for his job. When problem occurred, he consulted with us for different options. They kept the outside of our house tidy and cleaned up all the rubbishes. Both of them were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend them for their work.
